Our Remote Coding & Diagnostic Services allow us to evaluate BMW and Mini electronic issues without the vehicle being physically present. Using factory-level diagnostic software and a secure remote session, we can connect to your vehicle’s diagnostic interface and analyze control module behavior in real time.

This service is designed to help determine the likely cause of an issue, assess whether a control module is involved, and identify the most appropriate next step before unnecessary parts are shipped or replaced.

This service is designed to evaluate the vehicle’s electronic systems, assess whether a control module is involved, and help identify the most likely next step. While many issues can be diagnosed remotely, there is no guarantee that a remote diagnostic session will identify the root cause in every case.

Sessions are booked in 2-hour increments.  Price listed is for a two hour window.

Requirements

To perform a remote diagnostic session, the following are required:

• Stable internet connection

• Battery maintainer connected to the vehicle during the session

• Compatible diagnostic cable or interface

• Windows-based laptop (specific requirements provided after booking)

Failure to meet these requirements may limit what can be diagnosed remotely.
